If migrants are so beneficial to the economy, why are US taxpayers footing a $450 billion bill every year? Chicago and New York are drowning in costs while regular citizens get left with the tab. Meanwhile, in some cities, migrants are getting free rent, thousands in cash, and nobody’s holding them accountable. But they’re a net positive? Somebody explain it to me because I’m not seeing it.
